Please follow instructions on the online form. Any Application for Enrollment which is missing required documents will not be considered complete until all documents, including enrollment fee, are received by the Admissions team. The non-refundable Application fee for new families is $75.00 per family. This fee is waived if the family has already paid the re-enrollment fee for a current student. You will be invoiced for this fee.
As part of the application process, all new students will need to provide copies of the following documents. These can be uploaded as an attachment (no more than 5 MB per file – photos of documents are acceptable) to the student’s online enrollment application:
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate for all new students
- A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate, if applicable
- A copy of your child’s last report card for children entering 1st – 8th grade
- A copy of your child’s latest standardized test scores for children entering 3rd – 8th grade
