We look forward to meeting you and your family!

I love it! How do I enroll my child?

  • Step 1. Complete the Enrollment Application

The Application for Enrollment for Pre-Kindergarten students will be available January 25, 2025.

Please follow instructions on the online application.  Any Application for Enrollment which is missing required documents will not be considered complete until all documents, including enrollment fee, are received by the Admissions team.  The non-refundable Application fee for new families is $75.00 per family.   You will be invoiced for this fee via Simple Tuition Solutions, our tuition management program.

As part of the application process, all new Pre-Kindergarten students will need to provide copies of the following documents.  These can be uploaded as an attachment (no more than 5 MB per file – photos of documents are acceptable) to the student’s online enrollment application

  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate for all new students; and
  • A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate, if applicable

Non-discrimination Policy

St. Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School admits students without regard to race, color, sex, religious and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students in the school.  It does not discriminate in the administration of its policies. The school reserves the right to deny attendance to anyone whose behavior is contrary to the ideals of the school or whose behavior or attitude is disruptive to the proper functioning of the school programs.

All new Pre-Kindergarten students will be subject to a three (3) month probationary period. At the end of such time, the parent(s)/guardian(s) of any student who is not progressing emotionally, socially and/or academically will be required to attend an in-person meeting with Administration, Teachers and an Instructional Support Staff Team member.  Personnel from Lincoln Intermediate Unit may also attend this meeting if the student is a resident of Pennsylvania.  At this meeting, it will be determined if any additional accommodations can be made to assist the student emotionally, socially and/or academically.  If  additional accommodations cannot be made or are outside of the offerings provided by either St. Teresa of Calcutta School and/or Lincoln Intermediate, the parent(s)/guardian(s) will be required to withdraw the student from St. Teresa of Calcutta School and enroll the student in an appropriate educational setting.

Step 2.  Records Review, Evaluation and/or Interview

Our admission team will review your application and verify that your child is eligible for enrollment.  With limited exceptions, all students in our full day Pre-K program must be at least 4 years old and less than 6 years old on September 1st.  All students in our half day program must be at least 3 years old and less than 4 years old by September 1st.  Any child not meeting these age requirements will be denied admission for the school year and encouraged to re-apply once the age requirements are met. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE FULLY POTTY TRAINED — NO PULL-UPS.  If a child is found to be using pull-ups or is not fully potty trained, including wiping, he/she will be excluded from class.

Step 3.  Acceptance Email

An email acknowledging the prospective student’s acceptance to STC, or a request for more information, will be sent to the parent(s)/guardian(s) of any new Pre-Kindergarten student in a timely fashion.

Step 4.  Apply for Financial Assistance and Establish Tuition Account

All families must activate their Simple Tuition Solutions “STS” account and complete a financial aid application if any tuition assistance is being sought.  This step must be completed no later than May 1st to ensure eligibility for any scholarship funds.  All new Pre-Kindergarten families must activate their tuition plan in the STS system prior to May 15th, 2023.

Step 5.  Provide Medical Documentation to our Business Office
