As a non-public school, we must operate on a balanced budget and DO NOT receive any funds from the state government except for non-religious textbooks and Title II funds for items such as professional development.
The cost to educate a single child in K-8th Grade at St. Teresa of Calcutta approximates $6,300 per school year. This equates to just $35 per day per student.
Tuition and parish subsidies alone do not cover the cost of educating each child. There is a significant need for fundraising dollars, donations and gifts, as well as volunteer hours, to cover the short-fall and keep tuition as affordable as possible.
The School Advisory Board and School Administration have approved the tuition rates noted below for the 2021-2022 school year. To put these tuition rates into perspective, the financial commitment per day for tuition for one student is only $10, or less than $14 a day if you only count the 180 school days that we are in session.

|NON Catholic Rate (Non active member of a Deanery Parish or out of state)||$5,200||$5,200||$5,200||$5,200||$5,200|

|Pre-K: 5 Full days||$4,000|
|Pre-K: 3 Full days||$3,000|
|Pre-K: 2 Half days||$1,700|
Multiple child discounts are not awarded to Pre-K students because the Pre-K program must be self-sustaining, i.e. the tuition received covers 100% of the personnel and supply expenses, with no expectation of other revenues to balance the budget.
